Noel Obillo

Noel Obillo is an experienced Operations Manager with a diverse background in managing operations across multiple industries, particularly in the LPG sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. since November 2022, Noel oversees LPG operations.
