Akash Yadav

Akash Yadav is an experienced Senior CFD Engineer at SeaPattern since August 2025 and previously held the position of Deputy Manager at Havells India Ltd, focusing on CFD simulations at the Havells Center of Research & Innovation from August 2023 to August 2025. Prior to this, Akash served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and contributed as a researcher under the NTPC-IITD collaboration from July 2017 to August 2023. Earlier work includes a role as a Simulation Engineer at Steag Energy Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed power plant simulation and process development from June 2013 to February 2015. Akash holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in CFD Modelling of Thermal Plasma Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in April 2023, a Master of Technology in Energy from the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology and Management.
