Antoine Thebaud

Antoine Thebaud currently serves as the Directeur Général/CEO of SEA PROVEN since March 2014, specializing in ocean data provision and marine robotics. Under Antoine's leadership, SEA PROVEN designs and produces Sphyrna unmanned surface vessels to collect ocean data. In addition, Antoine founded SemiMimeS in August 2019, which focuses on biomimetic innovation within the maritime industry. Antoine briefly worked as an Entrepreneur with the Sustainable Ocean Alliance in 2019 and held positions at Laval Mayenne Technopole where responsibilities included connecting innovation ecosystems and raising awareness around innovation practices. Previous experience includes product development at Styl Pack and R&D technician roles at the Institut de Créativité Industrielle. Antoine holds degrees in innovation engineering and industrial development from the Institut des Sciences et Techniques de l'Ingénieur and Nantes Université.
