Carolina Penteado Greenblat is an accomplished marketing and insights professional with extensive experience in consumer research and analytics across various industries. Currently, Carolina serves as the Head of Market Research and Insights at Seara, part of the JBS Alimentos group, and functions as a Guardian at AngelUs Network for Women. Previously, key roles included Insights & Innovation Senior Manager at BASF, Global Consumer Insights and Analytics Director at Johnson & Johnson, and Head of CMI Personal Care for Unilever. Carolina co-founded "Business Intelligence HUB," emphasizing the role of insights and strategy in driving business growth.
