Jess Bilitz

Jess has over 15 years of varied administrative and management experience in diverse environments including startup, tech, agency, small business, corporate retail, and hospitality. She utilizes her office management experience, organizational prowess, creativity, and financial skills to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and achieve business goals. Jess has enjoyed being a member of the Search & Convert team for the last several years and can’t wait to see what’s next for the company.

Jess lives in Austin, TX with her awesome husband and rad dog, Rusty. She misses going to see live music and looks forward to returning to a world where she can cram into a small club filled with strangers all singing along and swaying to the same tunes.
