James Albers M.ed. (Jim)

James (Jim) Albers, M.Ed., currently serves as the Executive Assistant of Marketing and Recruiting for Search Associates West Coast, USA, LLC, since July 2020, where responsibilities include supporting marketing and recruiting efforts for international teaching positions. With twenty-eight years of experience in public, private, and international education settings, James has held various teaching roles, including sixth grade math and world geography teacher at Charles Wright Academy from August 2007 to June 2020, and has also contributed as a coach and department leader. Prior experience includes teaching positions in university districts and international schools, with a strong emphasis on curriculum leadership and student development. James holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Pacific Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Education from Washington State University.
