Ed O'Connell

Ed O'Connell has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, holding various managerial and directorial positions over the years. Their most recent role was as the UK Managing Director of Professional Services at Search Consultancy, where they were responsible for leading and shaping the UK professional services business. Prior to this, they held roles at Robert Half, including Managing Director of Protiviti and Regional Managing Director, where they achieved significant growth in NFI, turnover, and EBITDA. Additionally, they served as a Director at OC2 Executive Search Limited and gained experience in accountancy recruitment in managerial positions.

Ed O'Connell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Teesside in 2002.
