James Franklin has extensive experience in the legal and recruitment sectors. James started their career as a Claims Assistant at Steamship Insurance Management Services Ltd in 1999 before moving on to work as an Accredited Criminal Legal Representative at Bostalls Ltd. James then transitioned into recruitment, holding various managerial roles at Robert Walters, where they focused on legal placements, procurement, and supply chain. James later served as a Director at BCL Legal, where they established and managed the Private Practice team in London. Their most recent role was as the Head of Legal Division at Morgan McKinley. James currently works as the Director of Legal at Search.

James Franklin attended Dulwich College from 1990 to 1998, where they completed their A Levels. James then went on to the University of Greenwich from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Finally, they attended BPP Law School from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained their LPC qualification.
