Kathy E. Herman

Kathy Herman is the Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at WAVE, a successful joint venture between Worthington Enterprises and Armstrong World Industries. Kathy also holds positions at NACD and TechGC. With a background in corporate law, Kathy previously worked at Blank Rome LLP and served in various legal roles at companies like Nobel Learning Communities and IBAH, Inc. Kathy holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Ursinus College.
