Jan Jellema

Jan Jellema is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in IT and Future Tech. Currently serving as an Associate Lead Consultant at Search X Recruitment since February 2025, Jan leads a team focused on recruiting technology specialists in AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and traditional software engineering roles. Prior to this, Jan held the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter at Polestar Capital, where the responsibilities included launching the employer brand and hiring across various sectors such as Data, Compliance, Risk, and Finance. Earlier experiences include a Technology Recruiter role at IMC Trading, where recruitment targeted the top 10% of the global tech community, as well as significant roles at Search X Recruitment and other organizations. Jan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
