Ilana Stern

Ilana Stern, CHRL, serves as the Vice President of People at SearchKings® since February 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Prior to this role, Ilana held multiple positions at MaxPeople HR from July 2013 to February 2024, including Senior Director of HR Services and Training, Director of HR Advisory Services & Training, and Senior HR Manager for Advisory Services and Training. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Employee Relations Consultant at Canadian Tire, HR Business Partner at BBM Canada, and HR Generalist roles at Research Now and Dawn Foods, in addition to working as an HR Coordinator at Royal Group Technologies. Ilana holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Seneca Polytechnic and a BA in Business Administration from York University, along with certification as an MBTI Certified Practitioner.
