Victor Limon

Victor Limon has been with Searing Industries for 11 years, starting in 1997 as a supervisor at Detail Masters. Victor then transitioned to production at Searing Industries from 2001 to 2004 before becoming the maintenance supervisor from 2005 to 2012. In December 2012, they were promoted to plant manager of the Wyoming location.

They work with Jim Searing - President, Miguel Hernandez - Plant Manager, CA, and Steve McDaniel - EVP, Sales. Victor Limon reports to Lee Searing, CEO.
