Don Pemberton's work experience begins in 1990 at U.S. Central, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Project Manager in Securities and Payment Services. In 1996, they joined Sprint PCS as a Project Manager, focusing on the design and implementation of a new management reporting architecture. In 1997, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Searles Valley Minerals.
Don Pemberton attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1984 to 1988. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a dual major in Finance and Economics.
