Directors Team

The Directors Team at Seashell Trust is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall governance of the organization. They ensure effective management, resource allocation, and alignment with Seashell's mission to provide a nurturing environment for children and young people with complex learning disabilities. The team includes specialized directors focused on fundraising, marketing, communications, service development, people and workplace, education and care, and strategy, health, and wellbeing.
