Joe Sigrin

Joe Sigrin, MBA, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joe is currently working at Season Health as the Senior Director of Enterprise Operations, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Enterprise Operations at Season Health from November 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Season Health, Joe worked at DaVita Kidney Care from October 2018 to October 2021 as the Manager of Strategic Operations. In this role, they focused on improving clinical efficiency and quality of care through the development of new products and services.

From April 2014 to August 2018, Joe worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine/Sibley Memorial Hospital as the Manager of Innovation Operations. Here, they managed people, projects, and the scouting of new technologies to promote innovation within the hospital.

In 2017, Joe completed a Strategic Marketing Internship at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as part of the ECLDP Program. During this internship, they worked on creating a marketing defense strategy for a drug facing competition from biosimilars.

Joe's early work experience includes roles as a Senior Program Coordinator at Operation Smile from January 2012 to April 2014, where they managed international surgical teams and coordinated medical programs, and as a Municipal School Health Coordinator for the Peace Corps in Guatemala from January 2011 to October 2011, where they directed public health curriculum in rural schools.

Joe's career began at Minneapolis Public Schools in 2010, where they worked as an Associate Materials Coordinator, focusing on expediting the distribution of learning materials and implementing an online coordination system for the school district.

Through their various roles, Joe has developed expertise in healthcare operations, innovation management, strategic marketing, and program coordination, showcasing their ability to drive impact and make a difference in their field.

Joe Sigrin, MBA, MPH, completed their education at several prestigious institutions. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Carleton College. Continuing their academic journey, from 2016 to 2018, Joe pursued dual degrees - a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, as well as a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a certificate in Design Thinking Boot Camp from Executive Education at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
