Tea Muratovic has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2005, they have worked as a Junior Project Coordinator at ECE Consulting, an Independent Business Event Organiser at BusinessEvent Organisation, a Summer Intern at ICF Investment, an Associate Partner at Elemundus d.o.o., a Senior Associate - FX, MM, Structured Products, Sales Trader at Raiffeisen Bank International, a Vice President - Corporate Risk Solutions Desk, FX Sales Trader at Intesa Sanpaolo - Banca IMI, an Associate Director at VTB Bank (Austria) AG, a Founder, Managing Director at Seasonax Capital, and a Co-Founder, Managing Partner at Seasonax. In their role at Seasonax, they were responsible for leading business development, team and strategic planning, as well as for Strategic Partnerships, Fundraising, Marketing, Sales and PR. Tea was also in charge of delivering market relevant topics by writing Seasonal Insights, which were recognized and featured in international media. Tea achieved the key accomplishment of being chosen and acknowledged by Innovate Finance UK to be on the prestigious list of women founders in the investors category.

Tea Muratovic's education history includes completing a Mag.rer.soc.oec degree in Investment Banking, International Marketing and Management from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) between 2004 and 2010. In 2009 and 2010, they completed a master thesis at Universita di Trieste – Facolta di Economia. In 2015, they completed a UK Financial Regulations course from FCA. In 2012, they completed an ACI Dealing Certificate. Finally, they attended Krizaniceva Gimnazija, Zagreb, Croatia from 1999 to 2003.
