Pejman Naghdechi

Pejman Naghdechi, M.D. serves as the National Medical Director at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care since December 2016. Concurrently, Pejman Naghdechi has been the Medical Director for IPA / HCC & Quality at DaVita Kidney Care since March 2013, overseeing clinical activities and enhancing performance through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Previous roles include Internal Medicine Physician/Hospitalist at HealthCare Partners from July 2011 to December 2013 and Resident Physician at Harbor UCLA / St Mary’s Medical Center from June 2006 to January 2011. Pejman Naghdechi holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Chicago Medical School and completed a Master's degree in Radiation Physics at the same institution. Additionally, training in physician leadership was completed at the UCSF Institute of Physicians Leadership from 2013 to 2014.
