Charlotte Brough CEng MIET WhSch is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Systems Engineering Manager at Seaspan ULC since October 2023. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Engineering Manager at BAE Systems from January 2023 to October 2023, overseeing the Trident Engineering Team. Prior to that, from October 2021 to December 2022, Charlotte managed engineering operations for the US/UK Common Missile Compartment project in New London, Connecticut. Charlotte's extensive experience at BAE Systems also includes roles as Multi Discipline Principal Engineer & Project Leader and Senior Nuclear Interface Engineer, with a focus on collaborative engineering efforts with Rolls Royce.
