Damian Dollisson

Damian Dollisson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and production planning within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Planning Transformation at Seaspan ULC, Damian has spearheaded significant initiatives in production control and team leadership since January 2018. Previous roles include Director of Production Planning and Control, Senior Project Manager for Navy Programs overseeing multi-billion dollar projects, and Project Manager for the National Shipbuilding Strategy. As a co-founder of Double Bay Projects Inc., Damian emphasizes excellence and continuous improvement in complex manufacturing projects. Additional experience includes leading project management at Innovex Engineering Corporation and a critical role at Ebco Industries Ltd. in project execution and estimation. Damian holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and multiple qualifications in management and engineering.
