Edwina Chin

Edwina Chin is a Senior Contracts Specialist at Seaspan ULC, with a focus on managing prime contracts with the Federal Government under the National Shipbuilding Strategy since August 2018. Prior to this role, Edwina served at Heli-One as a Commercial Program Specialist and Purchasing Coordinator from July 2013 to August 2018. Additionally, Edwina held a Buyer/Expeditor position on a contract basis at OceanWorks International in 2012 and worked as a Purchaser at Phase Technology from July 2009 to May 2012. Edwina holds a Diploma in Operations Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Certificate as a CCM Advanced Practitioner from the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University.
