Scott Shaw

Scott Shaw is an experienced human resources and labour relations professional, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations HR and Senior Director of Employee Relations & Wellness at Seaspan ULC since July 2020. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Senior Director of Labour Relations at Canadian Pacific Railway from October 2018 to July 2020 and was the Human Resources/Labour Relations Director at Carillion Canada Inc. from June 2017 to October 2018. Previous experience also includes serving as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Husky Energy and various senior labour relations roles at Loblaw Companies Limited. Scott's educational background includes a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto, a BA (Hons) in History from Western University, and additional studies in negotiation and compensation.
