Leesa Gunter has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Leesa most recently worked at SeaSpine as a Director of Sales Operations, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, Leesa held various positions at Medtronic, including Supply Chain Planning Program Manager, Supply Chain Planning Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, Principal Sales Administration, Principal Business Analyst, Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, and Senior Sales User Support Analyst. Leesa'stenure at Medtronic lasted from August 2002 to February 2021.

Leesa Gunter holds an MBA in Project Management from Christian Brothers University. Leesa also has a certification in Business Analysis from The George Washington University. Additionally, Leesa Gunter has a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis, and they are a Certified Scrum Master after completing their training with SCRUM Alliance in Agile Methodology.
