Or Lustig

Or Lustig has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2004, they started their career as a Young emissary at The Jewish Agency for Israel. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Baccara LTD, and then from 2014 to 2015, they held the same role at Nana Engineers LTD. In 2015, they joined Calore Medical ltd as a Mechanical Engineer, and in 2018, they became a Research Development Consultant at Gynamics. Lustig also worked as a Lecturer at Braude Academic College from 2014 to 2016 before transitioning to the role of Assistant Lecturer until 2016. In 2017, they co-founded Seatback and became the CEO. Currently, they are a Venture Partner at Lynx Venture Studio since 2023.

Or Lustig's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Additionally, Or Lustig was part of the MBA program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Furthermore, Or Lustig completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
