Justin Sundheimer

Justin Sundheimer is the current VP of Member Operations at Seated. Prior to joining Seated, Sundheimer was the Director of Customer Experience at 1stdibs.com from August 2017 to March 2020. In this role, Sundheimer was responsible for the customer experience for the global marketplace of dealers/galleries (B2B), designers/architects (B2B2C), and international consumer clientele (B2C). Sundheimer launched a new satellite office in Denver, CO in 2019 for sales and support. Sundheimer led teams based in NYC, the UK, and Denver, and implemented multi-lingual support in German, French, and Spanish. Sundheimer leveraged quantitative and qualitative data to influence the Product roadmap and gain alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Sundheimer began their career in customer experience at Kinetic Brands in March 2019 as an Advisor: Customer Experience + Operations. In this role, Sundheimer was responsible for the customer experience for the global marketplace of dealers/galleries (B2B), designers/architects (B2B2C), and international consumer clientele (B2C). Sundheimer launched a new satellite office in Denver, CO in 2019 for sales and support. Justin Sundheimer has a Masters in International Business from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts- Producing for Television and Film & Psychology from the University of Arizona.

Justin Sundheimer reports to Brice Gumpel, CEO. and Lillian Barrera - Senior Manager, Member Operations reports to Justin Sundheimer. They work with Erica Anderman - VP of Restaurant Operations, Lucia Varela - Chief Marketing Officer, and Taylor Cole - Head of Design.
