Thomas Cardosa

Thomas Cardosa is the Senior People Manager at Seated. Prior to joining Seated, they were with Redfin as the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner supporting the sales organization. Before Redfin, Thomas was with Fred Hutch as the Human Resources Business Partner and before that they were the Manager, Human Capital Business Partner with NantWorks. In addition to their work in human resources, Thomas has also served on the Board of Directors for Programs with the National Human Resources Association in Los Angeles.

Thomas Cardosa has a BA in Political Science and Government from San Diego State University. Thomas has certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources, HRCI.

A direct report to Thomas Cardosa is and Kyra Fuller - Member Operations Associate. Thomas Cardosa reports to Julia Kleinsteuber-Walker, Head of People. They are on a team with Alexa Riportella - Talent Manager, Whitney Wegner - Office & People Experience Manager, and Erin Hayes - Talent Partner.
