Alex Slater

Alex Slater's work experience begins in 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant at EJ Church Ltd, where they provided recruitment and selection services. They then worked as a Talent Manager at Pod Point from 2015 to 2017, focusing on promoting electric vehicles and building a network of Pod Points. In 2018, they became a People & Culture Manager at beryl.cc until 2019. At Seatfrog, they served as a People Manager from 2019 to 2021 and currently hold the position of Head of People since April 2021. Additionally, Alex worked as a People Consultant at ASPeople from 2022 to 2023.

Alex Slater completed a BA (Hons.) degree in Theatre and Performance at the University of Leeds from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, between 2002 and 2009, Alex attended Sacred Heart of Mary Girls' School, where they pursued A Levels in English Literature, Business Studies, and Theatre Studies. Most recently, in 2018 and 2019, Alex obtained a Human Resource Management Level 5 Award from CIPD Qualifications, specializing in Human Resource Management.
