Emile Chung is a seasoned professional in total rewards and compensation with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at SeatGeek since August 2023, Emile previously held the same title at Chipper Cash and served as Head of Total Rewards at Twitch and LivePerson. Emile's experience also includes a VP role in Compensation & Benefits at BuzzFeed and significant positions at AIG, Towers Watson, and Ernst & Young. Emile holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from American University's Kogod School of Business and an MBA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
