Vadim Belchich

Vadim Belchich has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vadim is currently an Engineering Manager at SeatGeek, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Vadim worked at Zerto from 2014 to 2023, holding various roles such as R&D Group Manager, Dev Escalations Team Leader, and Software Backend Developer. Vadim was responsible for managing multinational development teams and setting up effective work methodologies. From 2011 to 2014, Vadim worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Verint. In their earlier professional career, Vadim served as a Team Lead and Software Developer in the Israeli Navy, working on communication systems and large software projects.

Vadim Belchich pursued their education in a chronological order. From 2005 to 2010, they attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. After acquiring their undergraduate degree, they proceeded to Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2014, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management.
