Varun M. has a strong background in UX research and has worked in various roles for different companies. Varun is currently a Senior UX Researcher at SeatGeek, focusing on supply. Previously, they worked at Apple & Banana as an Author and Editor of the Fruitful UX research library & toolkit, as well as a Co-Founder. Varun also has experience at Best Buy as an Associate Research Manager, Services, and as a Lead, UX Research (Employee Experience). At Facebook, they worked as a Researcher, UX Product (Groups-Core), and at Best Buy again as a Researcher, UX Product Research (Retail & Services). Before that, they worked as a Data Analyst at UnitedHealth Group and as a Clinical Programs Consultant at Prime Therapeutics. Varun also gained experience as a Peer Advisor and Senior Member, Co-Lab Strategy Consulting at the University of Minnesota, a Business Development Intern at CEB, and as a Clinical Research Coordinator and undergraduate research intern at Fairview Health Services.

Varun M. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Wayzata High School from 2008 to 2012.
