Zach Peters

Manager CX at SeatGeek

Zach Peters has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Zach started their career at KidSpirit as an Aquatics Head Instructor in 2009 and worked there until 2012. In the same year, they joined the University of Portland as an Elementary Math Tutor and stayed until 2013. Following that, Zach joined Saturday Academy as an Operations Assistant in 2013 and later became the Operations Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at SeatGeek, where they started as an Event Expert in 2018 and later transitioned to the position of Shift Lead in 2019. In 2020, they were promoted to CX Team Lead and in 2022, became the Manager of CX.

Zach Peters attended the University of Portland from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English. Zach also focused their studies on English Language and Literature, specifically in the field of General Literature.
