Kathleen Hite has extensive work experience in facilities management, including roles at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and the Seattle Art Museum. Kathleen has served in various capacities such as Director of Facilities, Associate Director, Senior Facilities Manager, and Project Coordinator, overseeing facilities planning, design, construction, operations, and budget management. Kathleen has demonstrated expertise in managing multi-million-dollar projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring safe, cost-effective, and timely facility operations.

Kathleen Hite obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon in 1995. Kathleen then completed a Design Certification Program at The Art Institute in 2006. In 2020, they pursued a Construction Management Certification from the University of Washington. Kathleen also holds various certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
