Claudya Evandy

Claudya Evandy is a Research Scientist II at Seattle Children's, with a background in developing and optimizing assays for CAR T-cell therapy since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Department Coordinator and Health Scholar at COPE Health Scholars, and a Research Associate at Juno Therapeutics, where Claudya contributed to the development of groundbreaking CAR T-cell therapy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Washington and an Associate's Degree in Biological Sciences from Seattle Central College. Earlier experiences encompass various roles in research assistance and leadership, including supporting children affected by cancer through Kesem National and facilitating immunology discussions at the University of Washington.
