Ian Johnson

Ian Johnson is an accomplished talent acquisition and management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Seattle Children's since June 2022, Ian leads recruiting efforts for the organization dedicated to improving children's health. Previously, Ian held the role of Director of Talent Management at Virginia Mason Medical Center from April 2012 to June 2022, overseeing talent strategies for the regional health system. Ian's career also includes consulting in talent management for HigherTalent, interim management at Swedish Medical Center, and leadership positions at Starbucks and Eddie Bauer. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Pacific Lutheran University.
