Jessica Frederick

Jessica Frederick currently serves as the Director of Development at Seattle Children's, a role begun in May 2023. Prior to this position, Jessica held multiple advancement roles at the University of Washington, including Associate Director of Advancement for the College of Arts & Sciences, where responsibilities included managing a substantial portfolio of major gift prospects and leading the Social Sciences Division. Additional experience encompasses positions at Friends of The Seattle Public Library, Seattle Works, KEXP, and providing volunteer coordination for the Pacific Northwest Ballet and Seattle Opera. Jessica holds several professional certificates from the University of Washington in Public Fundraising Management and Nonprofit Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in English Language and Literature and Political Science.
