Mushka Rohani

Mushka Rohani, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare HR leader with extensive experience in driving organizational success through comprehensive oversight of employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, HRIS, and total rewards. Currently serving as the Director of People Operation Research at Seattle Children's since October 2024, Rohani previously held key positions including Director of Human Resources at Overlake Hospital and Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at Edmonds College. Additionally, significant contributions were made as a Strategic Advisor for the City of Seattle's Human Resources and as a Labor Relations Coordinator with the Seattle City Light. Rohani possesses strong negotiation skills, having successfully represented organizations in collective bargaining and contract settlements, and has a track record in building diverse workforces and enhancing employee engagement.
