Rachel Kurz

Rachel Kurz is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in education, youth development, and resource advocacy. Currently, Rachel serves as Program Manager III for the Education & Simulation Academy at Seattle Children's, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation. Previously, Rachel held leadership roles at the International Rescue Committee, managing programs across multiple school districts to support newcomer youth and families, and at Southwest Youth and Family Services, where Rachel oversaw fundraising strategies and grant management. Rachel's career also includes significant contributions at Food for the Hungry, Inc. and the Peace Corps, where Rachel developed educational programs and managed humanitarian projects. Rachel holds a Master's of Education from Walden University and additional graduate certifications in international development and project management.
