Colleen Peterson

Colleen Peterson has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Colleen currently serves as the Head of Commercial Human Resources at Seagen, where they are a strategic partner to the commercial leadership team. Prior to this, they were an Enterprise Integrated Workforce Strategies Partner at Roche, where they collaborated with various stakeholders to design workforce strategies for talent planning. Colleen has also held leadership roles at Roche Molecular Solutions, Roche Tissue Diagnostics, Vail Resorts, Comcast Cable, and Christiana Care Health System, where they were responsible for talent management, succession planning, and organizational development. Colleen has a strong track record of building high-performance cultures and implementing comprehensive talent strategies.

Colleen Peterson has a strong educational background. Colleen obtained a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Penn State Great Valley between 1992 and 1994. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Eastern University from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a double major in Psychology and Business, earning a BA degree.

In addition to their formal education, Colleen has also obtained various certifications. Colleen completed the Korn Ferry 360 and Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry in September 2022.
