Kwadwo Bediako

Kwadwo Bediako has a comprehensive work experience spanning over a decade. Kwadwo currently holds the position of Executive Director and Global Product Team Lead at Seagen, starting in September 2021. Prior to Seagen, Kwadwo worked at Orchard Therapeutics as a Senior Director and Global Program Leader from February 2020 to August 2021. Kwadwo also served as a Senior Director and Program Team Leader at Autolus Ltd. from 2018 to January 2020. Before that, Kwadwo was the Global Director of Program Management at Gilead Sciences from August 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they held leadership positions at the Project Management Institute, serving as a Council Leader for the Global Community of Practice from 2009 to 2017. Kwadwo has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked as a Senior Global Program Manager at Amgen from September 2013 to August 2015. Kwadwo began their career at MedImmune, where they held roles as a Global Project Manager and Research Associate, focusing on cross-functional operational integration and chromatographic methods for biopharmaceutical products testing.

Kwadwo Bediako has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from D'Youville University. Kwadwo also holds a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from the School of Arts and Science at The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, they have completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, with a general focus, from The Johns Hopkins University. In 2011, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
