MacHelle Beilke

Machelle Beilke is an experienced educational leader with a focus on supporting English language learners and educational leadership development. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for English Language Learners at Tacoma Public Schools, Machelle collaborates with teachers and principals to enhance educational outcomes. Machelle also holds a part-time instructor position at Seattle Pacific University, guiding principals in their pursuit of Washington State Principal Professional Certification. Previous roles include school principal at Qatar Academy Msheireb and Bethel School District, where Machelle implemented effective instructional practices and supported curriculum alignment with Common Core State Standards. Machelle's dedication to education is further demonstrated through contributions as an educational consultant in Zambia and mentoring new teachers at the University of Washington. Machelle holds an EdD in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Washington and additional degrees in School Administration and Elementary Education.
