Director, Business Communications at Seattle Seahawks

Kaitlin Goodall is the Director of Business Communications for the Seattle Seahawks. Kaitlin has over 10 years of experience in public relations and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Microsoft and Honeywell.

Kaitlin started their career in public relations as a Public Affairs Coordinator for Entercom Seattle/710 KIRO. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating publicity campaigns and events for the radio station.

Kaitlin then moved on to Duo Public Relations, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive. In this role, they managed PR campaigns for a variety of clients in different industries.

Kaitlin then joined Microsoft as an Executive Communications Consultant. In this role, they worked with the Consumer and Device Sales team on a variety of communications projects, including executive communications, keynote speech prep, event creative, newsletters, and videos.

After two years at Microsoft, Kaitlin joined Honeywell as their Global Public Relations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing Honeywell Scanning & Mobility's global PR strategy and programs. This included planning and executing product launches, customer and partner story campaign management, on-site PR support at trade shows and industry events, management of social media programs and initiatives, and executive communications.

After five years at Honeywell, Kaitlin joined the Seattle Seahawks as their Director of Business Communications. In this role, they are responsible for leading the team's communications strategy and executing its business

Kaitlin Goodall has a BA in Journalism from Western Washington University.

They work with Brian O'connell - Director of Broadcasting, Mike Flood - VP, Community Outreach, and Jeff Garza - Director of Communications. Their manager is Dave Pearson, Chief Communications Officer.
