C.J. Pier has a diverse work experience in the entertainment and sports industry. They started their career in 2014 as a Section Leader for the Spokane Indians Baseball Club, where they organized gameday promotions and ensured a safe environment for fans. They then worked as a Lead Usher at the Meany Center for the Performing Arts, where they trained and directed ushers and managed multiple tasks during each show. In 2017, they joined the University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics as a Marketing Assistant, overseeing marketing efforts for various sports teams and leading a team of interns. They were later promoted to Lead Marketing Gameday Experience Intern, where they coordinated in-game experiences and exceeded sponsorship needs. In 2021, C.J. held positions as a Production Assistant for the Seattle Mariners, a Marketing Assistant of Fan Experience and Game Presentation for the University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics, a Game Presentation Assistant for the Seattle Sounders FC, and an Entertainment Assistant for the Seattle Kraken. Currently, they are working as an Entertainment Assistant for OL Reign. Throughout their career, C.J. has demonstrated a strong ability to assist with game presentation, coordinate events, and provide operational and promotional support for various organizations in the industry.

C.J. Pier pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology (Physiology) at the University of Washington from 2015 to 2019.
