Kaitlin Bailey has a strong background in marketing and brand strategy. Kaitlin is currently working for Seattle Sounders FC as the Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Brand Planning & Insights at the same company from January 2020 to April 2022. Before joining Seattle Sounders FC, Kaitlin worked as a Marketing Manager at MSR - Mountain Safety Research from July 2018 to January 2020. At MSR, they combined their marketing and project management skills to drive content strategy, PR relations, and retail marketing strategy.

Before MSR, Kaitlin worked at Cascade Designs as a Digital Marketing Coordinator from October 2013 to February 2015. In this role, they acted as a centralized resource for digital development and supported multiple brands through online channels. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Cascade Designs from January 2012 to December 2013, providing marketing support to various brands and actively participating in graphic design and photography projects.

Kaitlin also gained experience in photography and editorial work. Kaitlin worked as a Photo Editor at Redstone Pictures from November 2010 to December 2011, where they developed visual representations of brands and produced high-quality images for clients. Kaitlin also served as an Online Editorial Intern at YES! Magazine from May 2010 to August 2010, where they gained exposure to online audience development and learned content management systems and coding.

Kaitlin's professional journey began at Gonzaga University, where they worked as a Photo Editor for the student newspaper from an unspecified start date to 2010. In this role, they managed a team, organized meetings and production schedules, and contributed to content creation and layout design.

Kaitlin Bailey's education history includes several institutions and areas of study. Kaitlin attended Gonzaga University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and French. Following this, they attended the University of Washington from 2011 to 2012 and obtained a degree in Web Design & Social Media Marketing, with a focus on Adobe Creative Suite and Social Media Technologies. In 2012, they pursued further education at the School of Visual Concepts, where they completed a program in Layout and Art Direction. Additionally, in 2014, they attended the University of Washington once more and obtained a certificate in Digital Marketing Analytics.
