Morgan Frost

Morgan Frost is an experienced professional in project delivery and change management, currently serving as the Director for Project Delivery and Change Management at Seattle University since August 2013. Frost has held multiple roles at Seattle University, including Senior Project Manager and IT Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed designing project portfolio strategies, implementing Agile practices, and managing cross-functional teams for a multi-million-dollar ERP project. Additionally, Frost has a strong background in coaching and leadership, having managed competitive rowing programs and served as President of the SURF Board of Directors. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rollins College and a Master’s in Transformational Leadership from Seattle University, Frost combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to drive strategic initiatives and foster stakeholder engagement.
