Allison Goldman has a wealth of experience in business strategy, implementation, and teaching. Allison began their career in 2007 as a Supply Chain and Innovation Manager and Customer & Category Manager at Procter & Gamble. In 2009, they became the Business Strategist, Implementation Specialist, and Owner of Gold Light Business Strategy. In 2010, they took on the role of Director at Cornerstone Developments, where they developed a market brief for the build and sale of units of a mid-income, mid-rise condominium complex. In 2011, they became the Director of SeaTurtle Sports, where they built out company infrastructure, developed more than five new products, and grew sales by 1500%. In 2013, they were invited to Harvard University to guest lecture graduate level Supply Chain Management classes in the areas of disruptive innovation and supply chain distribution theories. In 2015, they became an Instructor at Robertson College and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Charleston. In 2016, they became an Instructor at Yorkville University, where they instructed online undergraduate courses and contributed to the development of a fourth year course. In 2019, they became a Professor at the University of Regina.
Allison Goldman obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in 2007, majoring in Business. Allison then went on to earn a Master's Degree from the University of Charleston in 2015, with a field of study in Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership.
