Stijn Folkers

Stijn Folkers has over 18 years of extensive experience in supply chain management and legal counsel within the offshore construction industry. As Supply Chain Director at Seaway 7 since March 2010, Stijn oversees various disciplines including Heavy Lifting and Heavy Transportation. Prior roles at Seaway include Contracts Director, managing a team of over 10 contracts specialists, and Contracts Manager, where Stijn focused on contractual risk assessment and negotiations for offshore projects. Prior to Seaway, Stijn worked as Legal Counsel at Allseas, handling offshore construction contracts, and co-founded Leaseproces B.V., a law firm specializing in class actions against major banks. Stijn holds an LL.M. in Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Diploma in European Legal Studies from the University of Kent.
