James Williams

Quality Engineer at Seaway Plastics Engineering

James Williams has worked for a number of companies since 2017. James began their career at TechnipFMC as a Material Handler, where they were responsible for inventory control and experienced using SAP programming and various types of forklifts. In 2019, they joined GEODynamics, Inc. as a Research and Development Technician, performing development roles in the design process of new models of explosive pipe cutting tools and assisting in CNC machining of prototype and production parts. In 2020, they moved to Linear Engineering and Manufacturing as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were in charge of tooling and fixture project management from large circuit board manufacturing clients, and was responsible for product cost estimates, initial designs and design revisions, raw material acquisition, concept to CNC machining conversion, and quality assurance for finished products. Currently, James is employed at Seaway Plastics Engineering as a Quality Engineer, and also at American Income Life Insurance Company as an Agent and State General Agent.

James Williams attended Tarleton State University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
