Adriana Pineda is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at TRACTIAN since September 2024, Adriana leads recruitment efforts in a pioneering IoT solutions company. Prior to this, Adriana held roles such as Associate Partner at Proco Group and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Genomma Lab, overseeing recruitment strategies across 18 countries. Previous positions include Senior Manager at Robert Walters and roles at Fyte, Hays, and Korn Ferry. Adriana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Strategy Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained in 2014.
