Timothée Gourdon has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Timothée started their career in 2002 as a Junior Sales Representative at Lavazza. Timothée then worked as a Junior Sales Representative at ISS France in 2004, followed by a role as a Marketing Assistant at the same company in 2005. Timothée briefly worked as a Category Manager Assistant at Unilever in 2006.

In 2007, Timothée joined Philips Consumer Lifestyle as a Sales Representative CE, where they were responsible for the local marketing strategy, market forecasting, and prices policy of various Philips products. Timothée later became the Trade Relation Manager Consumer Care, focusing on service policy and agreements with trade partners. In 2011, they transitioned to TP Vision as a Senior Marketing Manager for Philips TV, where they worked until 2014.

From 2014 onwards, Timothée has been with Groupe SEB, starting as an International Market Manager for Europe Personal Care. Timothée then took on the role of Head of Marketing North Africa, followed by Head of Marketing Africa Continent, where they were responsible for marketing strategies and managing the market in those regions. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Director for the Middle East at Groupe SEB.

Timothée Gourdon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Commerce International from EPSCI Groupe ESSEC, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Baccalauréat in ES at Lycée La Rochefoucauld, Paris from 1996 to 2001. Timothée also obtained a Master's degree in Stratégie Commerciale et Négociation from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they studied from 2006 to 2007.
