Inesa Vanpoucke

Inesa Vanpoucke is a seasoned technology professional with a strong leadership background in IT management. Currently serving as Technology Vilnius Site Manager at SEB Global Services since January 2018, Inesa oversees a team of approximately 700 IT experts, driving strategic initiatives and fostering talent development. Previous roles include IT Team Manager and Tribe Lead at SEB and a Consultant in Transformation Management at ABB, where Inesa successfully enabled global workforce management and coordinated key stakeholder training. Inesa's earlier experience at DXC Technology involved managing major projects, enhancing project management frameworks, and developing training programs as Capability Regional Lead. Inesa holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Šiaulių Universitetas and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Deeptech Entrepreneurship at Vilnius University.
