Msed Mary Kozicki Lafontaine

Mary Kozicki LaFontaine, MSEd has a diverse work experience. Mary is currently working as the Director of Employee Development & Engagement at Sebago Technics since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Southern Maine - Lewiston Auburn Campus starting in 2010. Mary also served as a Careers Grader at Thinkful from March 2021 to June 2021. Mary was the Dean of Human Resources at Central Maine Community College from June 2020 to November 2020. Earlier in their career, Mary held various roles at the Maine Department of Labor including Regional Director at Southern CareerCenters and CareerCenter Manager.

Mary Kozicki LaFontaine, MSEd holds a Masters degree in Adult Education from the University of Southern Maine. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Studio Art at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
